staging makeover using your own furnishings and decor.
VACANT HOMES: If the house will be empty while its on the market, Interior Aura will work in combination with clients who may or may not have furniture to use in the vacant home. If furnishings and decor are needed to stage the house, Interior Aura has a large inventory available for rent that is suitable for any style of home. We work with each client and their budget to find the solution that best fits your needs, so don't hesitate to ask about a customized option just for you!

SIMPLE Staging - This option provides vacant home sellers with a few vignettes throughout the home, focusing on areas that require attention and a designated purpose. With simple staging, the home is not completely staged. A few key accent pieces along with decor and limited artwork is used for the vignettes, with items such as window treatments and area rugs being excluded. Simple staging is often used for accessorizing rooms without the use of rented furniture to create more flow in a home. Kitchen and bathroom spaces are a couple of examples that make excellent candidates for simple staging services.
One-time Staging Fee $425
Rental per month $150 - 300STANDARD Staging - The standard staging option is by far, the most popular choice for vacant home sellers. It provides the best foundation in staging a home for sale. With the standard staging option, the focus is on the areas most important to potential buyers... the main living areas of the home. The foyer, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and master bedroom/suite are all staged. In addition, awkward areas that need a better sense of purpose are also addressed. Whether using the home sellers items, rental furniture, or a combination, our team will include furnishings and decor that is fitting with the style and price point of the home. Accessories, artwork, decor, area rugs and lighting are all included, however, the entire home is not staged and window treatments are excluded. This style of staging will show potential buyers how the rooms can look when furnished so they can better envision themselves and their families living in the home.
One-time Staging Fee $725
Rental per month $500 - 800SELECT Staging - This type of staging will provide the vacant home with the look of a model home and is a more polished option than standard staging. all of the rooms in the home may or may not be staged. Select staging includes furniture, area rugs, window treatments, artwork, decor and accessories that are fitting with the style and price point of the home. Potential buyers see the a lifestyle that is showcased with select staging.
